About this combo
Bangkok's two crowd-pleasers in one booking, with an Indian buffet at both — the reason this bundle exists. Safari World fills the day; the Chao Phraya Princess fills the evening. You choose a date for each, pay once, and save 10% against buying the two tickets separately.
Safari World, with an Indian lunch buffet
Safari World opened in 1988 and holds two parks on one site: the Safari Park, an open drive-through zoo of some 480 acres modelled on the African plains, and the Marine Park, where the dolphins, sea lions and the day's scheduled shows are. A 180-acre bird park sits alongside them, and lions and giraffes are among the residents.
Your ticket includes the Indian lunch buffet, served 11.00–14.00. Two options are pinned to this combo:
- Safari Park + Marine Park + Indian buffet lunch — the full day, both parks.
- Marine Park + Indian lunch buffet — the shows and marine animals only, at a lower price.
Chao Phraya Princess, with an Indian buffet dinner
A two-hour evening cruise from Charoennakorn Soi 61 Pier, past Wat Arun and the Grand Palace lit up along the water. On board: an Indian buffet dinner with coffee or tea, a welcome drink, and live music — a saxophonist and singers working through pop and jazz for the first hour. Standard and upper-deck seating are both available.
How the combo works
- One checkout covers both activities. The 10% comes off the combined price, and the exact saving is shown in your currency before you pay.
- You set a date for each activity independently — same day or days apart.
- Each activity is booked with its own operator, so you receive a separate voucher for each, and each keeps its own cancellation terms.
Good to know
- Safari World's Safari Zone coach service is not included — THB 100 per person, paid on site.
- The cruise route can change with river traffic and weather. Between May and October, bring an umbrella or a light raincoat.
- The cruise is stroller and wheelchair accessible, and Safari World is wheelchair accessible. The cruise galley cannot cater for allergies or gluten intolerance.
- Both tickets are priced for non-Thai residents. Casual dress is fine at either.
Frequently asked questions
Do I have to visit both on the same day?
No. You pick a date for each activity at checkout, so they can be days apart. Doing both on one day also works: the Indian lunch buffet at Safari World runs 11.00–14.00, and the cruise sails in the evening.
Is the Indian food included, or is it an extra?
Included. This combo only sells the Indian-buffet options of both activities — the lunch buffet at Safari World and the buffet dinner on the Chao Phraya Princess. Coffee or tea and one welcome drink are included on the cruise.
Which Safari World option should I choose?
Pick the Safari Park + Marine Park package if you want the drive-through animal park as well as the shows and marine section — it is the fuller day. The Marine Park option covers the shows and marine animals with the same Indian lunch buffet, and costs a little less.
Where does the cruise depart from, and how long is it?
Boarding is at Charoennakorn Soi 61 Pier and the cruise runs about two hours. Your voucher confirms the boarding time. The route itself can vary with river traffic and weather.
How much do I save?
10% off the combined price of the two tickets. Prices are quoted live for your date, option and currency, so the exact saving is shown on this page and again at checkout before you pay.
Do I get one voucher or two?
Two. Each activity is confirmed with its own operator and issued its own voucher or e-ticket, emailed once confirmed. Each activity also keeps its own cancellation terms.
What is not included?
Safari World's Safari Zone coach service (THB 100 per person, paid on site), hotel transfers to either activity, and personal spending. Both tickets are priced for non-Thai residents.
Is this suitable for children?
Yes — child pricing is available on both activities, and the Marine Park shows tend to be the highlight for younger travellers. The cruise is stroller accessible. Note that the cruise cannot cater for allergies or gluten intolerance.
