2. After confirming your booking, Snapro will contact you to discuss your photography request. On the day of the shoot, you and the photographer will meet at the designated time and location. The service duration will be calculated from the confirmed shooting time in your order.

- In case of late arrival, we cannot provide additional shooting time
- Rescheduling due to force majeure or severe weather conditions is free of charge
- If the weather is unsuitable for shooting, please fill out the "Reschedule Request Form (link)" at least 4 days prior to your original date
- Please check the weather forecast 4 days before your scheduled shoot
- While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could book in advance.
- To avoid disrupting the photographer's subsequent schedule, please arrive on time for your shoot and book the required duration (we recommend adding 1 extra hour as buffer for unexpected situations)
- If guests require makeup, hairstyling, or wardrobe services, please contact us for assistance after confirming the order or arrange them separately.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you.
