2. After your booking is confirmed, Snapro will contact you to discuss your photography needs. On the day of the shoot, you and the photographer will meet at the designated time and location. The service duration will be calculated from the confirmed shooting time in your booking.

- While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings, we'd greatly appreciate it if you could book early.
- If you are late, no additional shooting time can be provided
- Please check the weather forecast 4 days before your scheduled shoot
- To avoid disrupting the photographer's subsequent schedule, please arrive on time for your booked session (we recommend booking 1 extra hour as buffer time for unexpected situations)

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you.
