What to expect
How It Works
- Please collect a paper ticket with the voucher.
- Please bring your Tokyo Subway Ticket, "Voucher with QR Code" and collect your ticket at the ticket vending machines for travelers that installed at major stations of the Tokyo Metro and Toei Subway.
- Please check the attached file for the exchange location and method.
- You can also collect a paper ticket at the offices of each Tokyo Metro station (excluding Hibiya Line Kitasenju, Nakameguro, Nakano, Nishifunabashi, Yoyogi Uehara, Wako City, Hanzomon Line / Fukutoshin Line Shibuya and Meguro stations).
- If there is no ticket vending machine for travelers at the station where you start using the service, or if you cannot collect a paper ticket at the station office, we will show you how to get the station where there is a ticket vending machine for travelers. Please feel free to ask the staff for assistance.

Things to note
- Tickets are not for reselling. Resold tickets will be invalid for exchange.
- At the time of collecting a paper ticket, you will need a “QR code” issued after the reservation is completed.
- Please bring a device that can display the “QR code” or print out the “QR code”. *If you are unable to present the “QR code”, you may not use the voucher."
- Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought.
- When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
- Vouchers can be exchanged within 90 days from the date of purchase. The exchanged ticket will be valid for 6 months from the exchange date.
- Vouchers cannot be used directly.
- Please exchange your voucher for physical ticket on ticket vending machines that located in Tokyo Metro Subway or Toei Metro Subway main stations.
- You can get on and off in Tokyo Metro Subways and Toei Subways whichever station you want.
- Expiration date will be shown on the physical ticket.
- Expiration time will be printed on the physical ticket when you pass the ticket gate.
- If you enter the station within the valid time, you can leave the station even though you passed the expiration time while riding the subway.
- If the ticket is not used by the expiration date printed on it, it will become invalid.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
