Tokyo BRT 1-day Pass
When using e-tickets, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone. Tap the e-ticket link received after booking, show it to the driver, and press the "Use" button.
* Internet access is required when using your e-ticket, so please ensure you have connectivity beforehand.
Please note: Neither photo screenshots nor printed paper vouchers are valid for use.
If you purchase multiple tickets in a single transaction, they cannot be used separately. Once you start using them, all tickets will be consumed simultaneously. To use tickets on multiple occasions, please make separate purchases.
To prevent unauthorized use, when opening your e-ticket in a different environment from where it was first accessed, the system will require OTP (one-time password) verification. Please follow these steps to complete the verification.
1. Please enter a valid email address that can receive messages normally, then press send.
2. Please check your email for the OTP password email. If you can't find it, it may have been classified as spam. If you still can't find it in your spam folder, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Enter the OTP password from your email on the e-ticket screen and select Confirm. If the password is correct, you'll be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
Please note: Once the OTP verification is completed, the email address cannot be changed. Make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.
Tokyo Metro 24-hour Pass
To redeem your train ticket, you must present the QR code voucher sent after booking. Please prepare the QR code on your mobile device or print the voucher in advance and bring it with you for redemption.
※If the traveler is unable to present a valid QR code, the ticket cannot be redeemed.
Please note that tickets cannot be exchanged separately. Even if multiple tickets are purchased at once, only one QR code will be issued. When exchanging with the QR code at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations, all valid tickets will be exchanged simultaneously.
If the magnetic strip on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes demagnetized, it may not work at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing it near strong magnetic sources like smartphones, electronic devices, or magnetic-clasp wallets.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
