2. Operating hours: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM; you can experience in-store at 9:00 AM and return by 5:00 PM. Late returns will incur additional fees.
3. Late return fees: Please return the clothing by 5:00 PM on the same day. Returns between 5:00 PM–8:00 PM will incur an extension fee of ¥250 per 10 minutes. Returns from 8:00 PM to 5:00 PM the next day will incur a ¥3,000 extension fee (no deposit required for extensions). An additional ¥3,500 shipping fee applies if choosing to return by mail the next day.
Check-in must be completed by 4:00 PM. If you arrive after this time, it will be considered a no-show and you will be responsible for any losses incurred.
5. Pregnant women are not allowed to participate. The kimono shop does not accommodate pregnant women for in-store experiences. Pregnant women are advised to self-check. Any consequences or losses arising from not disclosing pregnancy status in advance will be solely borne by the pregnant woman. Please take note~~~

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day.
