Ticket redemption location: Outside the east ticket gate on 1F of Seibu Railway Ikebukuro Station (opposite the Limited Express ticket counter, 1-28-1 Minami-Ikebukuro, Toshima-ku, Tokyo)
※For ticket redemption, passports or residence permits of all travelers must be presented. Japanese passports are not accepted.
You may also present a photocopy of your passport, photo, or residence permit.
Changes/cancellations: Ticket changes or cancellations cannot be made at the ticket redemption location.
The ticket is valid for 2 weeks after redemption
Moomin Valley Park Combo Ticket: Please present your QR code at the Moomin Theme Park entrance for scanning on the day of visit.

Seibu Kawagoe Pass: On the day of use, please present the QR code at the Seibu Ikebukuro Tourist Information Center for ticket redemption.
