- If you are unable to enter the cave, no refund will be provided.
- If the Narusawa Ice Cave is too crowded, we may arrange a visit to the "Fugaku Wind Cave".
- Handmade experience of wind chimes or lucky cat painting
- Please wear comfortable, non-slip shoes and clothing that covers as much skin as possible.
- Children under 100 cm in height are not allowed to enter the cave
- Parents are requested to accompany them and wait outside.
