What to expect
While the JR West Kansai Wide Area Pass offers incredible access to public transportation across the Kansai region of Japan, there's an important detail to consider for you in Indonesia: delivery. This pass is exclusive to foreign tourists visiting Japan and cannot be purchased within the country itself. The benefit for Indonesian residents is that you can conveniently purchase the pass online and have it delivered directly to your address in Indonesia before your trip. Upon arrival in Japan, you won't be using the delivered document directly. Instead, you'll need to exchange it for the actual JR West Kansai Wide Area Pass at a designated JR Exchange Office. These offices are located at major train stations in Kansai, so you can easily exchange it upon reaching your first destination.

- Restriction: The seat reservation price is not included in the pass price. If the pass holder wants to make a seat reservation, an additional fee will be charge

- Restriction: Residents or citizens of Japan are not allowed to purchase and use the JR Kansai Wide Area Pass.
