What to expect
- Install the eSIM via the Trip.com app or by scanning the QR code from your booking voucher
- On arrival, enable the eSIM, turn on Data Roaming, and disable your domestic SIM's roaming to avoid unexpected charges
- If connection issues occur after setup, configure the APN manually to e-ideas and restart your device
- When your data allowance runs out, speeds will be reduced — renewed data activates automatically once the original plan's validity period ends

Things to note
- Turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card before switching to the eSIM — any roaming charges incurred are the customer's responsibility
- Renewal orders are tied to the original device and cannot be transferred — if you need to switch devices, do not purchase a renewal
- Heavy data usage such as prolonged streaming, large downloads, hotspot sharing, or software updates may trigger speed throttling under the Fair Usage Policy
- Do not delete the eSIM from your device if you experience connection issues — send screenshots to customer support instead for faster resolution

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
