Things to note
- If you do not inform us, the shipping company will refuse boarding depending on the flight capacity. (This ferry is mainly for passengers)
- Large items such as ski equipment, Surfing, wheelchairs and golf clubs cannot be carried
- Please contact the counter and the onboard staff for the charging method.

- The Boat Ticket is a real-name identification and is limited to the person who takes it

- Each bicycle costs NT$100/single trip/limited to 1 bicycle per person (only transportation is provided, no storage responsibility is taken)

- If you want to change the passenger, please be sure to ask the ferry company in advance and follow the arrangements of the ferry company.
- Foreign customers (non-Taiwan residents) cannot book Senior/Love/Love Companion tickets
- Large pets will be charged as large luggage
- If you need to combine tickets, please make a note when placing the order, and the booking will be combined to arrange adjacent seats; if there is no special note, the ordered tickets will be arranged for you and the seat cannot be changed.
- For those who are prone to seasickness, it is strongly recommended to take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before the activity
- The crew will collect the fee when you board the ship
- If you inform the need to change seats after the ferry is arranged, an additional NT$100 handling fee will be charged
- If you need to carry large cargo or special transportation requirements, please inform us when booking
- If you need to take the same ferry Boat Ticket, please note it when booking or purchase it in the same booking
- Electric wheelchairs cannot be brought on board.

- If the tour is cancelled due to bad weather and the tour operator cannot contact you by phone, the operator will notify you by email the day before.
- The supplier will inform the departure time based on available flights before the departure date

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
