Boarding process
- Please arrive at the terminal at least 30 minutes before departure to present your ID and collect your boat ticket. All passengers must have a boat ticket to board. For round-trip tickets, please keep your return boat ticket safe.
- Please have one designated person collect all passengers' IDs and proceed to the counter for ticket redemption (volunteering the primary booker's name will expedite the process). Other passengers should wait outside via the side gate. Note that tickets cannot be issued if any required documents are missing.
- Please prepare your ID for inspection by maritime patrol officers and have a stamp applied to your arm.
- Please present your boat ticket and ID for boarding.

The return shared ride from Tomioka Fishing Port departs at 5:45 PM and waits up to 20 minutes for passengers to disembark. We recommend booking train tickets for after 6:30 PM.
