Fugang Fishing Harbor boarding process
- Please make sure to check in at the ferry terminal counter at least 1 hour before departure.
- Passengers entering the waiting room must prepare their ID for inspection by maritime patrol officers and have a stamp applied to their arm.
- Please have one designated person collect all passengers' IDs and proceed to the counter for ticket redemption (volunteering the primary booker's name will expedite the process). Other passengers should wait outside via the side gate. Note that tickets cannot be issued if any required documents are missing.
- When boarding, please present your boat ticket and the stamp on the back of your hand to board.
- Passengers must wear masks at all times while waiting for the ferry.

- Half-price ticket: Children under 12 years old who are Taiwan residents must present valid ID at the venue.
- Senior tickets: For Taiwan residents aged 65 and above, a valid ID must be presented on-site.
- Infant insurance ticket: Insurance ticket for infants under 3 years old (no seat), must be Taiwan residents, present valid ID at the venue
- Compassionate ticket: For people with disabilities (must hold a valid manual marked with "domestic public transportation") who are Taiwan residents, please present relevant ID at the venue.
- Companion ticket: For accompanying a person with disabilities (limited to one companion), must be a Taiwan resident, present valid ID at the venue
Transportation method to Taitung Fugang Fishing Port
- Public transportation: Refer to the Taitung bus schedule and take the Puyuma Express land, sea, and air line to Fugang Fishing Port.
- Drive on your own: Take Provincial Highway 11 and turn into the signs for Fugang Fishing Port. There are public and private parking lots as well as roadside parking spaces available around Fugang Fishing Port.
- Taking a taxi: Taxis are readily available in front of Taitung Airport and train station. The ride to Fugang Fishing Port takes about 20 minutes and costs approximately TWD 150–200.
