- For the consideration of other guests' viewing experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from using lawn chairs after the fireworks display has begun.
- The event may be canceled at the organizer's discretion in case of severe weather conditions
- Note that the shops at the festival venue tend to be extremely crowded.
- No postponement will be made.
- Delays or non-participation due to transportation delays will be subject to cancellation fees
- Reminders:
- In such cases, the full travel fee will be refunded at a later date
- Since some areas may be dark and hard to see, bringing a "flashlight" is recommended
- For the lawn seating plan, please bring your own "leisure sheet." It's a 20-minute walk from the parking area to the viewing area, so wear "comfortable walking shoes."
- The bus may be shared between the "Grass Seating Plan" and "Premium Seating (Chair) Plan".
- Arrival time may vary depending on road traffic conditions.
- About Hokkaido Art Fireworks: Launch begins around 7:15 PM with scheduled end at 8:15 PM
- Please prepare your dinner in advance or purchase it at the fireworks festival venue
- The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.
- In case of cancellation after the tour departure, insurance fees and transportation costs cannot be refunded.
- Also, as umbrellas are prohibited inside the venue, a "raincoat" would be useful to have.
- The event will be held rain or shine.
