The Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art is an art museum dedicated to modern and contemporary art and design. The architectural concept of the museum is "passageway", aiming to be an open art activity base that anyone can enter and exit freely. The building of the museum was designed by Katsuhiko Endo Architectural Institute, and its unique appearance is called the "big black box". Its interior space design takes into account the continuity of the space, which is convenient for everyone to enter and exit. There are multiple entrances and exits on the second floor, and the first floor that visitors arrive at is the second floor. The museum's collection is based on five themes, with a total of more than 6,000 works, including modern art works and materials centered on Yuzo Saeki. In addition, the museum actively holds various theme exhibitions to provide new art platforms for the public. The Osaka Nakanoshima Museum of Art is not only a place to display a diverse collection, but also a place where you can experience artistic activities. It welcomes people who are interested or not interested in museums to just walk through and sometimes admire the art.
