Present your e-ticket to redeem shopping discount vouchers for use at Namba City, Namba Parks, and Namba Sky. Redemption locations: Namba Parks 2F information center and Namba City main building B2F information center. Vouchers can only be redeemed on the day of travel.

Things to note
- E-tickets cannot be used at stations without a dedicated e-ticket gate or at regular ticket gates.(10) If you are unable to present your e-ticket due to loss, malfunction, or low battery of your mobile device, you will not be able to use the ticket
