JR Haruka Kansai Airport Limited Express ticket (e-ticket/physical ticket [requires redemption] optional)

1. Visit the "WEST QR dedicated website" and log in using your registered account.
2. Select the ticket you want to use from the ticket list.
3. Click the "Start Using" button on the ticket details page to submit your ticket activation application.
4. The ticket details page will display a QR code. Align the QR code with the red QR code scanner on the automatic gate to pass through the gate.
(Please scan the QR code via the "Scan Code" option in your ticket details. QR codes are categorized as "Entry Gate" and "Exit Gate" codes. Please select the appropriate QR code for your needs!)

Important Notes:
· QR codes are periodically updated. Screenshots cannot be used. If the ticket gate displays an error, press the "Refresh" button to update the QR code, then rescan at the gate's QR reader.
· For multiple passengers traveling together: Repeat the same process for each ticket by switching between them. The smartphone holder (registered account user) should finally select their own ticket and scan the QR code to pass through the gate.
· When scanning QR codes, please increase your screen brightness.
· Tap the QR code to zoom in for better scanning.
· If the ticket gate displays an error, show your "Ticket (Issuance No.)" to station staff. At unattended gates, press the call button to summon assistance and follow staff instructions.
· Transfer gates between Shinkansen and Zairaisen cannot be used.
(The WEST QR service cannot be used for Shinkansen or limited express trains other than HARUKA.) For Shinkansen transfers: Exit through Zairaisen gates first, then enter Shinkansen gates with a valid Shinkansen ticket.
