- We appreciate your understanding.No refund will be given for cancellations without reason or late arrivals.For the health of the pigs, participants from countries with reported ASF (African Swine Fever) cases within the past two days will not be admitted
- Your understanding is appreciated.Outside food and beverages are prohibited.Please do not be late
- Store your luggage in the locker.Please do not chase, lift, or hit the piglets
- Be friendly to them.If you wish to change the plush pig companion, please contact our staff.If the piglets soil clothes or cause bites, first aid will be administered, and we will not be held liable
- Participants must sign a liability waiver.Please change into slippers at the reception desk
- However, you may choose to experience this after completing three days in Japan.
- If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide service depending on the daily visitor volume
