About this experience
a. Fill in your travel details: rental date, vehicle rental duration, arrival terminal, contact number, etc., and promptly join the real-time communication group.
b. Present the booking QR code when the airport drop-off vehicle arrives;
c. Hand over your luggage to the driver and then board the vehicle;
Based on the passenger's provided pickup address and vehicle rental duration, the estimated arrival time will be notified via SMS or group message 30 min before the vehicle arrives. Upon arrival, the driver will wait for 3 min as agreed. After exceeding the 3-min waiting period, the driver has the right to leave.
d. Passengers can present the QR code and redeem it to board the vehicle;
2. Cancellation policy:
No fees will be charged for cancellations requested by 00:00 one day prior to the usage date.
If canceled after 00:00 on the day prior to the day of use, the full booking amount will be charged.
