- - Photography is allowed in the museum, but flash photography and video recording are prohibited.
- Please use nearby parking lots such as the Wakamiya Oodori Park Shirakawa-mae parking lot.
- When visiting, please go to the reception desk on the 1st floor of the North Hall (Museum Shop) for ticket redemption first.
- - Eating and drinking are prohibited in the museum.
- Additionally, the museum does not have a bus parking lot
