It is located in the Bohol Sea and is part of the Visayas Islands. It is under the jurisdiction of Central Visayas. With an area of 80.5 square kilometers, it is a popular tourist destination. This is a place with pleasant natural scenery on Bohol Island, and most of the tourists from all over the world are concentrated on Alona Beach here. The coastal ecology of the island has never been polluted, and it has the name of "diving holy place".
