What to expect
After successful payment, your eSIM QR code and installation guide will be sent to your email within approximately 15 minutes. Install the eSIM profile on your compatible device (internet connection required during installation). Upon arrival in Malaysia, the eSIM will automatically activate once connected to a supported network. You can monitor your data usage directly through your device settings. The eSIM must be activated within 90 days from issuance before it expires.

Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you.
