About this experience

2. Please check your email to see if you've received the OTP code email. If you can't find it, it may have been classified as spam. If it's not in your spam folder either, the email address you entered may be incorrect. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Enter the OTP code from your email on the e-ticket screen and select Confirm. If the code is correct, you will be directed to the e-ticket usage screen.
Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please make sure to enter your own email address when verifying.
When passing through the ticket gate, gently tap your QR code on the scanner. At stations without automated gates, please press the service bell or show your ticket to station staff for manual inspection. This process may take additional time, and we appreciate your patience.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
