For inquiries, please contact customer support in advance to inform them of the shooting location, date, package, number of people, etc., to secure the photographer's availability.
[Clothing and Styling] All clothing provided in the package is a basic komon kimono. Upgrading to a furisode kimono or similar requires an additional upgrade fee. Please inquire in-store for details.
[Group Creation] One day before the shoot, a group will be created to discuss shooting ideas, meeting locations, and other details with the photographer.
[Time] The shooting time starts as scheduled and cannot be split. Time spent on changing locations, outfits, or taking breaks will be counted. No refunds or additional shooting time will be provided for delays caused by the customer (including late arrival or slow outfit selection). If the customer voluntarily cancels the shoot, no refund will be issued.
After the photo shoot, you'll receive the raw photos (with simple color adjustments) within 48 hours. After you've selected the photos, the retouched versions will be provided within 7 working days.
For any issues with the photographer's work on the shooting day, please actively communicate with the photographer and customer support to resolve them. You can view the original photos in the photographer's camera at any time during the shoot. If unsatisfied, raise concerns immediately to arrange a reshoot. No post-shoot feedback will be processed. Confirm satisfaction with makeup and styling before leaving (departure implies satisfaction; no subsequent feedback will be addressed—raise any issues promptly on-site).
In case of inclement weather or other force majeure circumstances on the scheduled shooting day that prevent the session from proceeding, resulting in either the merchant or customer support canceling the booking (not due to their fault), our studio will actively cooperate to either reschedule the session or process a refund.
