2. The store is open from 9:30 to 17:00, please be sure to come to the store during business hours to experience.
3. The kimono return time is 17:00, and overtime fees will be charged if it exceeds 17:00. Be sure to be on time!

The hairstyle package cannot be purchased separately. Please purchase other kimono packages at the same time. If a separate order is generated, please accept a refund from the merchant or if the store does not provide services

Things to note
- Price Description: If there are any changes after the rental and service fees are settled, the system that needs to make up for the price difference will queue up again

- The store can store one suitcase for each rented guest. (Due to the limited size of the store, even if extra money is paid, there is no way to save more luggage for customers.)
- After making the payment directly at the store, please contact customer service without refunding any fees.
- If the experience date is exceeded, it will not be refunded. (Prices vary depending on dates)
- The kimono wearing and hairstyle design takes approximately 40-60 minutes per person
- If the height exceeds 150cm, adult kimonos can be worn, and children's kimonos can be worn below 150 cm.
- Pregnant women are not allowed to wear, and mandatory orders cannot be experienced without refunds
- Stains and damages: A dry cleaning fee is required, and the entire set of damages will be compensated.
- Please arrange your schedule in advance.
- Late arrival instructions: Adjust the order according to the appointment situation on the day, and you may need to wait for a moment.
- Lift Package: For lift packages, please contact customer service before dressing to make up for any discrepancies and change the package

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
