- The event runs from 17:00–22:00, with illumination from 17:30–21:30 and last admission at 21:15.
- The event is held rain or shine, so please dress appropriately for the weather.
- Infants are free, while children aged 1–12 years old require a child ticket.
- Pets are allowed, but a separate pet ticket is required.
- The New Year's Eve Countdown requires a separate admission ticket.
- Free parking is available at the venue.
