- Vending machines are available in the observation hall, and consumption is restricted to this area.
- Bringing food or drinks into the venue is prohibited
- The aquarium provides 100 free audio guide devices available in Chinese, English, Japanese, and Korean.
- Photography and videography are allowed in the aquarium, but the use of flash is strictly prohibited.
- Free wheelchair and stroller rentals are available in the museum
- No pets allowed, except for guide dogs and service dogs.
- Please note that advance reservations are not accepted.
- Please note that transportation costs or other travel expenses to the site will not be compensated.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the aquarium.
- If the venue is closed due to severe stormy weather, a full refund will be issued
