What to expect
The park offers sightseeing cable car services where visitors can enjoy a skywalk and take in the beautiful scenery along the way. Both one-way and round-trip tickets are available, providing a convenient way to ascend the mountain. In addition to taking the cable car, visitors can also choose to hike down. The scenic walking route takes about 30 min, offering a unique opportunity to appreciate nature and get some exercise.

Things to note
- Validity period: Valid only on the redemption date.
- If the cable car is suspended after you have exchanged your ticket, you will not be able to get a refund, but you can exchange it for filter coffee at the counter.
- Please exchange your ticket at the Ito Station Information Office before using it.
- Redemption period: Please redeem within 90 days from the date of voucher issuance.
- When the wind speed reaches 15m or higher, the Komuroyama cable car may stop operating.
- Instead, "Café•321 Original Drip Coffee: 10g x 3" will be provided at the Komuroyama Rest Area and cable car Station
- At the same time, we will collect the cable car ticket.
- If the cable car stops running after exchanging the voucher (after taking the bus to the cable car station), the cable car ticket will not be refunded
- If the transportation section is suspended due to natural factors such as natural disasters, sales (exchange) may be suspended.
- If the Komuroyama cable car is suspended due to strong winds or other factors, you can cancel your ticket for free and get a full refund before exchanging your ticket

Can I cancel this booking?

Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you. Changes are subject to their approval and availability; if the date can't be moved, your booking's cancellation terms apply.
