2. Please present the received verification code or QR code, along with the passport of the non-Japanese reservation holder, at the designated station ticket machine to exchange for a physical ticket.
Station ticket machines are available in five languages (Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Korean).
3. After successfully exchanging for the physical ticket, proceed directly to the corresponding automatic ticket gate for use.
