About this experience
What to expect
The museum displays about 350 species and more than 13,000 creatures, including iconic porpoises, penguins, otters and sea lions. Based on the concepts of "healing" and "interaction", the aquarium provides visitors with close-up experiences of marine life, such as touch beaches, sea lion shows and penguin feeding. In addition, the aquarium's architecture blends in with the surrounding landscape, and the exterior presents an elegant Japanese style. Miyajima Aquarium is not only a place to watch marine life, but also a good place to learn about the ecosystem of the Seto Inland Sea.
What's included
- Miyajima Public Aquarium infant admission fee
- Consumption tax
Things to note
- If there are any changes to operations, such as closures due to bad weather such as typhoons or the health of the animals, we will announce them on the Miyajima Aquarium official website.

Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you.
