2. After your booking is confirmed, Snapro will contact you to discuss your photography request. On the day of the shoot, you and the photographer will meet at the designated time and location. The service duration will be calculated from the confirmed shooting time in your order.

- We recommend booking at least one week in advance to secure your preferred time slot
- Should severe weather be confirmed only 1 day prior to shooting, you may contact us directly if you haven't received communication from our customer support team (https://shorturl.at/blxBG), we will request you to immediately fill out the "Reschedule Phot
- In case of late arrival, we cannot provide additional shooting time
- Rescheduling due to force majeure or severe weather conditions is free of charge
- To avoid disrupting the photographer's subsequent work, please arrive on time for the shooting day and book the required duration (we recommend adding 1 extra hour to the original booking to accommodate any unexpected situations)
- While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, we would greatly appreciate it if you could book ahead.
- Please check the weather forecast 4 days prior to your scheduled shoot
- If the customer requires makeup, hairstyling, or wardrobe services, please contact us for assistance after confirming the order or arrange them separately.
- You may request extra time based on the photographer's availability that day and then purchase the additional hours on the platform.
- If weather conditions are unfavorable, please complete the "Reschedule Request Form (link)" at least 4 days before your original shoot date

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Cancel from My bookings within the window for a full refund (once your ticket has been issued, message support inside the window and we cancel it for you); after it, the option's terms apply. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator. Email support@readytrip.com from the address you booked with, quoting your booking reference and the new date you'd like, and we'll ask the operator for you.
