- Please follow the designated time at each attraction and comply with the arrangements made by your driver and guide.
- Prohibited behaviors:
- Boating operation (rowing) is limited to middle school students and above.
- Please refrain from any behavior that may endanger safety or order, or cause inconvenience or discomfort to other travelers.
- If you leave the group during the trip, it will be considered an invalid transaction and no refund will be issued.
- Please follow the staff's instructions to wear it correctly.
- No refund will be provided if you fail to participate in or terminate the trip due to personal reasons or being late.
- You must wear a life jacket when taking the cruise
- Do not enter the waterfall within the cruise navigation area to avoid capsizing or improper use of life jackets.
- If Aso Crater is restricted, the itinerary will be adjusted based on the actual situation.
- The facility provides automatic inflatable life jackets that activate once the sensor comes into contact with water.
- This is a shared transfer with a fixed itinerary
- If a life jacket is activated due to intentional or negligent actions by the traveler, a cylinder replacement fee will be charged for each unit.
- Standing or changing seats on board is prohibited due to the risk of capsizing.
- This itinerary does not accept individual bookings from customers under 18 years old and requires adult accompaniment.
- No refund will be given if the trip is delayed or canceled due to other force majeure factors.
