What to expect
From the moment you step in, follow the smooth flow: deposit shoes, change into a uniform, cleanse, then explore the baths and saunas. Begin with the pebble foot baths, then deepen into hot spring pools or alternately between dry saunas and cold plunges. Afterwards, head to the Entertainment Zone to recharge—try the ramen bar, snack café, or relaxation lounge.
