Things to note
- Height Requirements: Minimum height of 120 cm.
- Riders with certain medical conditions, including those with back, neck, or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma, or panic disorder are not permitted.
- Person with a disability, children with special needs, and pregnant individuals, are also prohibited.
- Accompaniment: Riders under 140 cm. must be accompanied by a responsible, paying adult.
- Footwear: Riders may be required to remove loose footwear before boarding the ride.
- Loose Articles: No cell phones, glasses, hats, or other loose articles are permitted on the ride. Pockets must be empty.
- Under the Influence: Riders under the influence of drugs or alcohol are not allowed.
- Other Restrictions: For safety reasons, underweight riders who do not completely fit the safety lock will not allow on the ride.
- Insta360 Rental Service: For guests using the Insta360 rental service, please note that the last queue will be at 08:30 PM.

Can I cancel this booking?
Every option shows its own cancellation terms before you pay — where free cancellation applies, the window closes at 00:00 (midnight), local time at the destination, on the cut-off day. Can I change the date of my booking?
Date changes aren't automatic — they depend on the operator.
