About this experience

Discover the Whitsunday Islands on a day trip from the Whitsunday area. Enjoy a picnic on Whitehaven Beach, panoramic views from Hill Inlet Lookout, & snorkel the fringing reefs of Great Barrier Reef.

What to expect

Get picked up from the nearest meeting point and begin your beach adventure. Board a comfortable speedboat and head to your first stop, an idyllic snorkeling location off-shore. Spend about an hour snorkeling in the fringing reefs of the Great Barrier Reef and exploring the area's marine life.

Next, head to the world-famous Whitehaven Beach. Relax on the beach and enjoy a fresh buffet, including salad, shrimp, a meat platter, fruit salads, bread rolls, and wraps.

Hop back on the boat and head to your last stop, Hill Inlet Lookout. Spend about an hour admiring the stunning views from this perfect vantage point before returning back to shore.

From July to September, keep an eye out for humpback whales as they migrate.
